We use a home inspection robot to thoroughly inspect inaccessible areas of your home!
When we conduct a home inspection before you officially put your home on the market, it can help to ensure that you get the full return on your investment. We’ll comprehensively evaluate the home’s readily accessible areas, informing you of any deficient components that we come across—giving you a chance to make repairs as well as disclose known issues so that prospective buyers aren’t deterred from continued negotiations after their own inspection takes place.
New Construction Inspection
As your new home is being built, there will almost certainly be some mistakes—and that’s not to discredit the builders. Building a home is a highly complex process, and there’s a lot that can be overlooked. That’s why we offer this inspection service, thoroughly inspecting your prospective home before the builder’s final walkthrough so that we can identify potential issues while there is still time to have them resolved.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
When a home warranty expires, that always seems to be the time that you realize there are repair and maintenance issues. This inspection service should be scheduled before your home’s warranty expires so that you avoid the frustration and excessive expenses of having to handle repairs all on your own. We’ll comprehensively inspect the property, giving you information about potential defects so that you can check your home’s warranty to see if the cost of repairs are covered.
Home Maintenance Inspection
A well-thought out maintenance schedule is an essential component of being a responsible homeowner. For this inspection service, we’ll inspect your home’s structure and systems in an effort to identify potential maintenance needs. We’ll then work with you to come up with a reasonable maintenance schedule so that you can keep your investment in tiptop shape.
If we discovered a defect in your prospective home during our initial inspection, it’s no problem at all for us to come back to take a second look once repairs have been made. We’ll carefully investigate any repaired or replaced components to ensure that there are no further issues that need addressed before you should move forward with your investment.
Before you close on a home, you should have the water tested to see if there are any impurities that could be hazardous to your health. We’ll collect a water sample from the well and tap to be tested for contaminants such as coliform bacteria, heavy metals, and nitrates.
This inspection service is designed to be scheduled as add-on to our standard Buyer’s Inspection. The HVAC system will be our focal point, as we’ll go substantially more in depth than what a typical home inspection requires—meticulously evaluating ductwork, electrical wiring, and the mechanical components that enable the heating and air conditioning systems to function.
A complete thermal imaging scan of your prospective home is available as an add-on to our standard Buyer’s Inspection. We’ll use a specialized FLIR E95 camera to take an infrared reading of each readily accessible area of the home, allowing us to identify potential issues involving moisture intrusion, electrical hotspots, and energy loss.
